THE PROCESS
Our ADRI is 100% virtual and designed to be convenient, accessible, and impactful

Registration
Sign up using your Participant Study ID if you have one. If not, our team will help you. You'll complete a brief questionnaire
about your medical history and experience with Alzheimer's.
Within 24-48 hours, a team member will contact you to confirm your participation.

Initial Assessment
You'll schedule a 30-minute virtual checkup that includes:

Wellness and cognitive assessments.

Questions about your experience with Alzheimer's

Setup of your personalized health dashboard.
Important: ADRI is not a diagnostic service. Always consult your physician about medical decisions.

Ongoing Participation
Your commitment is simple: one 30-minute follow-up every three months.
These virtual assessments track changes over time and help shape the future on Alzheimer's treatment.
